All of our sourdough products freeze up well.

Re-crisping your crust on your unsliced batard is super easy! Putting the batard in the freezer will cause the crust to soften. To re-crisp simply run the defrosted batard under running water then place in a pre-heated oven (475 degrees F) for about 5 minutes.

Closed on Thanksgiving Day (November 28th- December 5th)

Shop hours will accommodate for pick-ups November 25th-27th, December 22nd-24th, December 31st and July 3rd.
We are a bakery that also processes milk, egg, wheat and sesame seed products.
